Homemade blackberry jelly is a burst of sweet, tangy goodness that captures the essence of summer in every bite. The rich, deep flavor of fresh blackberries, combined with a perfectly balanced sweetness, makes each spoonful a delightful treat. Spread it on toast, swirl it into yogurt, or enjoy it straight from the jar—this jelly is a delicious reminder of nature's bounty.
Hi! I keep getting blackberries in my St. Vincent food box each month and not knowing what to do with them, but not wanting to waste them, I just kept putting them in the freezer. I now have about 3 1/2 to 4 quarts! This recipe seems easy enough for even me to do! Questions: 1. For the amount of berries I have would you recommend doubling or tripling the recipe? 2. Could you give me an estimate of how many jars I should buy? Thank you!
