I'm going to be making this for the very first time. I always buy the stuffing in a box and so tired of it.

Thank you Brooke for making a very simple recipe video on how to make stuffing. Can't wait to see how it tastes.

Hi. Just discovered your website. Interesting that you don't use eggs in your cornbread. I like that. Does your self-rising mix have just cornmeal only, or does it have flour in it? I need mine to be gluten free, so I can't have flour. I use an Arkansas cornbread recipe from a very old Betty Crocker cookbook. It's cornmeal, salt, baking soda, buttermilk, and eggs. No oil or butter except for greasing the pan. I haven't been able to find a good gluten free vegan cornbread recipe. I've tried a few, but they just aren't as good. Southern cooking is the best! But sometimes have to make adjustments for health reasons.
